CHEESES, CRACKERS, GRAPES
An assortment of cheeses and crackers presented with bunches of fresh grapes (red and green when available). Choose from the basic American Platter (featuring Colby-Jack, Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper-Jack) or the Deluxe Platter (which will include such additions as Brie, Gouda, Manchego and Gruyere). [Availability will dictate choices.]

ASSORTED FRUIT PLATTER
Balls of watermelon, honeydew and canteloupe amid chunks of pineapple and strawberries (based upon seasonal availability).

CRUDITES and DIPS PLATTER
Fresh slices of celery, carrot, cucumber, broccoli and bell peppers. Accompanied by a ranch dip and a roasted red pepper dip.

MEATBALLS
Choose from the following, all handmade: Swedish, Creole, Brandied, Glazed, or Bourbon.

TAHITIAN TIDBITS
Smoky cocktail weiners swim happily in a garlicky, honey-soy-rum sauce.

CRAWFISH MOUSSE with FRENCH ROUNDS
One of our favorites! Crawfish tail meat is showcased in a cold mousse that goes especially well with our house-made crostini crackers. A New Orleans way of teasing your appetite before dinner.

SALMON MOUSSE with FRENCH ROUNDS
Smoked salmon highlights this creamy spread that's a real crowd-pleaser.

SHRIMP REMOULADE
The New Orleans stalwart appetizer of seasoned shrimp in a creamy remoulade sauce. Served cold.

PIGS-IN-A-BLANKET
Smoky cocktail weiners encased in puff pastry dough. Served with Creole mustard dipping sauce.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS
You can have 'em stuffed with Crabmeat, Portuguese Chourico Sausage, or Spinach-and-Artichokes. Take your pick!

CREOLE CRABMEAT RAVIGOTE
From the French ravigoter, meaning "to invigorate." This is a venerable New Orleans appetizer of a crab salad that gets its zip not only from horseradish but two styles of mustard. Served with French Rounds crackers.

WHITE TRUFFLE-SMOKED CHICKEN SALAD CROSTINI
We delicately smoke our chicken with a combination of apple and pecan woods to make this mouth-watering chicken salad, finished with a touch of white truffle oil to round out the flavor. Served with French Rounds crostini crackers.

MUFFULETTA BITES
A skewered tortilla of the traditional muffuletta ingredients: salami, mortadella ham, hot capicola, provolone and mozzarella cheeses, and our own olive salad.

FIRECRACKER SHRIMP
A sweet and slightly spiced sauce coats tender, succulent shrimp. The addition of onion, celery, red and green bell peppers only give this dish more depth and layers of flavor.

CRAWFISH DIP
We DO have a way with crawfish! Our cream cheese-based dip is rich and delicious. Served with crackers.

CRAWFISH PIES
Our own crawfish dip wrapped in a flaky pie crust and put through a pierogi press. Baked NOT fried. Our pies are a unique appetizer!

CAJUN MUSSELS
Mussels are hugely popular for their fresh seafood flavor. Ours raises the ante by adding a spicy layer to the sauce they cook in. You'll want plenty of crusty bread to mop up the sauce!

BIG EASY DEVILED EGGS
Deviled eggs are a staple of home entertaining. Ours kicks up the concept to a new level with our special spice blend in the filling.

ANDOUILLE AND GARLIC SHRIMP IN GREEN SAUCE
Smoky Cajun andouille sausage gets married to shrimp dusted with garlic, and the two of them go off to live together in a tomatillo-based sauce. Talk about happily ever after!
