Robert P. Makuch

Owner and Executive Chef

After many years in the craft brewing and winemaking industry, Chef Bob has turned his attention to the culinary world. It's another creative outlet that allows him to hand-craft food for the delight of others. He's studied the masters of Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine, and he's been an owner of Blue Crawfish Catering Company, as well as being the sous chef at Magnolia Landing Golf & Country Club. He's also served as vice-president of the Southwest Florida Chefs Association, the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
